How to edit a team member's card — updating personal information, job title, company details, and contact info.

Editing a Card

You can edit any team member's card at any time from the Cards section. Changes take effect immediately on the live card.


How to open the card editor

  1. Go to Cards in the left sidebar

  2. Find the card you want to edit

  3. Click the (actions) button on the right side of the card row

  4. Select Edit card details

The card editor opens with six tabs: Personal Details, Company Details, Links, Appearance, Apple Wallet, and Card URL.


Tab 1: Personal Details

This tab controls what's shown on the card as the individual's personal information.

  • Profile photo — click Add photo / Change photo to upload a headshot

  • Full Name (required) — the team member's name as it appears on their card

  • Job title / short bio — their role or a brief description, shown below their name

  • Email (required) — their contact email shown on the card

  • Phone (required) — their contact phone number

Click Save to apply changes.


Tab 2: Company Details

This tab sets the company information shown on the card — typically used for the office address, company website, and contact details.

  • Company Name

  • Company Website

  • Office Address

  • Company Phone

  • Company Email

Click Save to apply changes.

Tip: To avoid filling in company details on every card individually, set them once in the Templates section. New cards will inherit these defaults automatically.
