Customizing Card Appearance and Templates
The Appearance tab in the card editor controls how a team member's card looks — including the company logo, brand color, and overall card design.
How to access Appearance settings
Go to Cards in the left sidebar
Click ⋮ on the card you want to update
Select Edit card details
Click the Appearance tab
Company Logo
Click Change logo to upload your company logo. The logo appears on the card according to the selected template design.
For best results, use a PNG with a transparent background.
Brand Color
Enter your brand color as a hex code (e.g. #0066CC) or use the color picker. This color is applied automatically across the selected card template.
Card Templates
Choose from 8+ card template designs. Templates control the overall layout and visual style of the card. All templates apply your brand color automatically.
Available template styles include:
Minimal / clean
Full-photo background
Side logo layout
Elegant script
Geometric shapes
Dark background
Gradient
vCard-style with company details prominent
Click a template to preview it, then click Save to apply.
Tip: Use Templates for company-wide defaults
Instead of setting the logo, color, and template on each card individually, go to Templates in the sidebar to set company-wide defaults. New cards will automatically inherit these settings.
