Downloading QR Codes for Team Cards
Every team member card has a unique QR code that links directly to their digital business card. You can download it as a PNG image for printing, presentations, email signatures, or anywhere else it's needed.
How to download a QR code
Go to Cards in the left sidebar
Find the team member's card
Click ⋮ (actions menu)
Select Download QR code
The QR code image downloads immediately as a PNG file.
Common uses for QR codes
Print materials — business cards, flyers, brochures, name badges
Email signatures — embed in the team member's email footer
Presentations — show on the last slide at events or conferences
Phone wallpaper — save as lock screen for quick sharing in person
Trade show displays — print on signage or table cards
Note
The QR code always links to the card's current URL. If you change the card's custom URL after distributing the QR code, the old QR code will no longer work. Download a fresh QR code after any URL change.
