How to set company-wide default branding — logo, brand color, card template, and company details — so new cards are pre-populated automatically.

Setting Default Branding and Company Info

HeyDrop Teams has two dashboard sections where you control company-wide defaults applied to every new card: Branding (visual design) and Company (default contact details).


Branding

Go to Branding in the left sidebar. You'll see two tabs:

Card Design tab

  • Logo — upload your company logo (shown on every card).

  • Brand color — set the primary color using a hex value or color picker.

  • Template — pick the default digital card template from the gallery.

Wallet Design tab

  • Choose from a gallery of Apple Wallet / Google Wallet pass designs.

  • The selected design applies to every team member's wallet card.


Company

Go to Company in the left sidebar to set default contact info applied to every new card:

  • Company Name

  • Company Website

  • Address

  • Phone

  • Email


Overriding defaults per card

Defaults are applied automatically to new cards. You can still override any field on an individual card — open the card and edit the Company Details, Card Design, or Wallet Design tab to customize just that one.
