Setting Default Branding with Templates

The Templates section lets you define company-wide defaults for branding and company details. When you create a new card, these defaults are automatically applied — so you don't have to set the logo, color, and company details on every card individually.

How to access Templates

Click Templates in the left sidebar. You'll see three tabs:

  • Appearance — default logo, brand color, and card design

  • Apple Wallet — default Wallet pass design

  • Company Details — default company information for all new cards

Appearance tab

Set the following defaults for all new cards:

  • Company logo — click Add logo to upload. Use a PNG with transparent background for best results.

  • Brand Color — enter a hex code (e.g. #0066CC) or use the color picker

  • Template — choose the default card design from the available options

Click Save when done.

Apple Wallet tab

Choose the default Wallet card design that will be applied to all new team member cards. Click Save to apply.

Company Details tab

Fill in the company information that will be pre-populated on every new card:

  • Company Name

  • Company Website

  • Office Address

  • Company Phone

  • Company Email

Click Save when done.

Important: Templates apply to new cards only

Changing a template default does not update existing cards. Templates only auto-populate the settings on cards created after the template was saved. To update an existing card's appearance or company details, edit that card directly.
