What Happens When You Reach Your Card Limit

Each HeyDrop Teams plan has a maximum number of cards based on what you purchased. When you try to create a card beyond that limit, you'll see a message indicating you've reached your plan's card limit.


What you'll see

When your card limit is reached, clicking + Create New Cards will show a notification explaining that you've hit your seat limit and need to upgrade your plan to add more cards.


How to add more cards

To increase your card limit, contact our team at [email protected]. We'll help you upgrade to a larger plan or add seats to your existing plan.


Your existing cards are not affected

Reaching the card limit only prevents creating new cards. All existing team member cards remain fully active and unaffected.


Plans and seat minimums

  • Small Teams β€” starts at 5 cards, $2.99/card/month (billed annually)

  • Medium Teams β€” starts at 50 cards, $1.99/card/month (billed annually)

  • Large Teams β€” 100+ cards, custom pricing
