Overview
Personal Details is the first section of your card editor. This is the information that appears prominently on your card and gets saved to someone's phone when they tap "Save contact."
How to Edit Personal Details
Go to the Cards tab
Tap the ✏️ Edit button under your card
Tap Personal Details
Update your fields and tap Save
Fields in Personal Details
Profile photo — tap to upload or change your photo
Full Name (required) — displayed prominently on your card
Job title / short bio — optional, shown under your name
Email — your primary work email
Phone — your primary phone number
Personal Details vs. Links
Your card has two places where phone and email can appear:
Personal Details — stores your primary contact info, used when someone saves your contact to their phone
Links section — the tappable "Call me" and "Email me" buttons visible on your card
Make sure both are updated to match. If your phone number looks wrong to someone viewing your card, check both places.
Adding Multiple Phone Numbers or Emails
Personal Details holds one primary email and one primary phone. To add more, go to Edit Card → Links → Add a link and choose Call (for additional numbers) or Email (for additional addresses). These appear as separate buttons on your card.

Use a clear, professional headshot — it appears as a circular photo on your card
Square or portrait photos work best
Your photo also appears on your Apple Wallet card
