Multiple Business Cards

How to create and manage multiple business cards for different roles, businesses, or contexts.

Overview

HeyDrop lets you create multiple independent business cards — each with its own profile, links, Apple Wallet card, and unique URL. Perfect if you have multiple roles, businesses, or want separate cards for personal and professional networking.

Cards per Plan

  • Free — 1 card

  • Plus — up to 3 cards

  • AI Pro — up to 5 cards

Creating Another Card

  1. Go to the Cards tab

  2. Tap Create + (top right) — or tap the locked card slot and select Unlock

  3. Fill in your details for the new card

  4. Each card gets its own unique URL (e.g. heydrop.me/adam-work)

You can also go to Settings → Create Another Card.

Switching Between Cards

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Tap your name/profile at the top — a dropdown appears

  3. Select the card you want to use

The active card is what's shown when someone scans your QR code or opens your share link.

Managing Your Cards

Each card is fully independent — it has its own:

  • Personal and company details

  • Links and social profiles

  • Design and branding

  • Apple Wallet / Google Wallet pass

  • Custom URL slug

  • Contacts collected via that card

If you've hit your card limit, upgrade at Settings → Upgrade or at heydrop.app/upgrade. For company-wide card management, see HeyDrop Teams.
