Who bills you
HeyDrop Pro bought in the iPhone app is sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID. On Android it's billed by Google Play. Apple and Google hold your payment details, send your receipts, run renewals and handle refunds. HeyDrop can't see or change your card details and can't issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases.
HeyDrop Teams for companies, bought on the web at app.heydrop.me, is billed separately by Paddle. See the Teams collection.
See your plan, price and renewal date
On iPhone: open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → HeyDrop. You'll see the plan, the price in your local currency and the next renewal date.
The HeyDrop app itself has no subscription-management screen.
Prices and currency
Prices are set per country by the App Store and shown in your local currency, including local taxes. The exact price you'll pay is always shown on the paywall and on Apple's purchase sheet before you confirm. Prices seen in ads or on websites can differ from what your country's App Store charges.
Get a receipt or invoice
App Store: Apple emails a receipt after every purchase and renewal. You can also see past purchases and re-send receipts at reportaproblem.apple.com, or on iPhone: Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History.
Google Play: go to play.google.com → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
Bought on our website (Paddle): the receipt is in the email from Paddle sent after payment. It contains a link to manage the subscription and download invoices.
App Store receipts are issued by Apple, so they can't be re-issued with your company name or VAT number. For a company invoice, buy through HeyDrop Teams on the web.
Cancel your subscription
Deleting the app or your HeyDrop account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it here:
On iPhone open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
Tap HeyDrop → Cancel Subscription → confirm.
On Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → HeyDrop → Cancel.
After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Then your account goes back to the Free plan. Your card stays online and your contacts are kept.
If you don't see HeyDrop in the list, you may have bought it with a different Apple ID. Check the email address shown at the top of Settings → your name.
Switch between monthly and annual
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → HeyDrop, then pick the other option. Apple applies the change and handles any proration. The annual plan costs less per month than paying monthly.
Payment failed or card declined
Update your payment method with Apple: Settings → your name → Payment & Shipping → add or update your card (or Apple Pay). Apple retries the renewal automatically. The paywall's Continue button also needs a working payment method on your Apple ID.
Refunds
App Store: request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in, choose Request a refund, pick the reason and select the HeyDrop purchase. Apple decides and usually replies within 48 hours.
Google Play: within 48 hours of purchase, request it in Google Play order history. After that, use Google's refund request form from the same page.
Bought by mistake? Cancel first (see above) so it doesn't renew, then request the refund from Apple or Google.
Free trial
HeyDrop Pro has no free trial. The Free plan is free forever with no time limit. If you want to try Pro first, start with the monthly plan and cancel any time.
Special offers
The app sometimes shows a one-time discount on the annual plan, for example after you edit your card. These offers are applied automatically on Apple's purchase sheet. They can't be applied retroactively or added to an existing subscription.
