Setting Up Apple Wallet and Google Wallet Cards

Each team member's digital business card can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — giving them instant access to share their card contactlessly without opening an app or browser.


What the Wallet card shows

Each Wallet pass displays:

  • Company logo

  • Team member's name and job title

  • Phone and email

  • Office address

  • QR code linking to their full digital card

Brand color is applied automatically to all Wallet designs.


How to configure the Wallet card design

  1. Go to Cards in the left sidebar

  2. Click on the card you want to configure

  3. Select Edit card details

  4. Click the Apple Wallet tab

  5. Choose from 6 available Wallet card designs

  6. Click Save


How to download and share the Wallet pass

To give a team member their Wallet pass file:

  1. Go to Cards

  2. Click on the card

  3. Select Download Apple / Google Wallet

This downloads a .pkpass file. Send it to the team member — they open it to add the pass to their Wallet app.

Team members can also add their own Wallet card directly from their digital card page (via the link they receive in their invitation email).


Tip: Set a default Wallet design company-wide

Go to Templates → Apple Wallet to set a default Wallet design that's applied to all new cards automatically.
