Exporting Team Contacts to CSV
You can export all contacts captured by your team as a CSV file — useful for importing into a CRM, spreadsheet analysis, or backup.
How to export contacts
Go to Contacts in the left sidebar
Click Export All Contacts in the top right corner
A CSV file downloads immediately
What's included in the export
The CSV includes all contacts across your entire team — from every team member, regardless of source (AI Scanner or contact form). Each row includes the contact's details and the attribution to the team member who captured them.
Tip: Connect HubSpot for automatic sync
If you use HubSpot, you can connect the integration to automatically sync contacts without needing to export and import manually. See the HubSpot CRM Integration article for setup details.
